Hello, I am a graduate from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 1989 I received my salesperson real estate certificate and in 1992 with a Brokers license I opened my own office in Romney ,WV.  I am an accredited REO agent, certified default agent, and certifed short sale agent. Being an active agent and a multimillion dollar seller for over twenty years, I am able to service any buyer or seller.  I am familiar with the many facets of real estate and can help a buyer with a 0 down loan.
