I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1984. I received my Brokers License in January 1992. Since joining the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors(CAAR) I have been a member of the CAAR Million Dollar Sales Club, Top Producers Club, Circle of Excellence and Honor Society. While at Real Estate III for almost 25 years, I was a constant member of their top awards group, The Diamond Club. In 2010 I received their Ethics Award and in 2013, I was the recipient of the highest award given to Real Estate III associates, the Frank Kessler Memorial Cup.
I was awarded the CAAR Sale Associate of the Year Award in 2003.
In October of 2014 I joined Long & Foster Realtors - Charlottesville Old Ivy.
I believe in education and I am always attending the latest courses to stay abreast of the ever changing trends and markets. Residential Real Estate has been my main focus during my 20+ year career. Like many other REALTORS®, my goal is to sell your home or help you find your next house. But more than that, my mission is to help my clients find the home they've been hoping for or the property where they can build their dream! If they are selling a home, I try to find the right buyer while making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. I realize that this sounds pretty idealistic, but it's my approach. I understand the decisions my clients are facing. I know that the choices they are making are ones they want to be very happy with for many years.
