| I just want to say that brian did a fantastic job for me and my family. He was there every step of the way. We used him years ago to buy our first home and we used him again to sell our orland park house to get a bigger one. He never hesitated to do anything and was always there for us. Even the other agent at the closing mentioned how she never had to ask Brian twice for information or paperwork when she needed it. He was always prompt. | brain sold my home and sold me a home a few years back. he also sold my condo several year before that. he is always very easy to contact and had no problem showing me homes any day of the week. i have a busy schedule to my times were limited. he did such a great job i referred him to my parents that were retiring and moving to florida. they were extremely happy with his service. he got their home sold within a good time. he has always put me ahead of his things. very easy to talk to also. i would recommend him to anyone i know buying or selling. |

| Brian was there every step of the way. I didnt buy or sell a home for over 25 years and was a little unfamiliar with the market. Brian took me through everything I needed to know. Things have really changed over the past 25 to 30 years and Brian made it easy. It was also nice to have him negotiating hard for me when we did find something. And he was available when I needed him. Very nice guy too! |

| I worked with 2 agents before I met Brian. My first was very hard to get a hold of. I would get replies 2 or 3 days later. When it comes to selling my home or looking at homes I dont want to wait days for a reply. I dropped that agent. I then started to work with another. She didnt want to have anything to do with foreclosures or drive a little distant to look at other areas. I then dropped her after a showing or 2. Then I went on Brians website to search homes. I contacted him to ask a few questions because I was very leery about my last 2 agents. Brian was very helpful so I starting working with him. He was happy to go further out and look at homes and had no problem dealing with foreclosures. The other agents didnt like all the paperwork. Brian had no problem filling out more paperwork when we finally found a home and it was a foreclosure. I would DEFINITELY recommend him as an agent to my family and friends. |

| I had 1 other agent that attempted to sell my home in chicago. neither one would get back to me in a timely matter when i called and need questions answered. Then i was referred to brian solner by my cousin. he sold their home in chicago and moved them to plainfield. they said he was very reliable and worked hard to sell their home and help them buy one too. he did just that for me. i had no problems with brian and he did what he said he would do. when it came to us looking for a home he was there helping us and answering questions every step of the way. i would very very likely use him again or tell my friends about him if they move. |

| after having a horrible experience with my previous broker from coldwell banker that sold me a home YEARS before.....i went on the net and found Brians website. I had him look at my house because i needed a 1st floor condo because my knees were bad. Excellent Excellent job he did. Very nice guy. Even the agent on the other end of my buy deal complimented him how efficient he was at getting things done. My advice as a buyer and seller of his.......USE HIM! | my parents lived in their home for over 40 years so they were very unfamiliar with selling a place and buying a smaller place to scale down. i was told about brian from one of my co-workers. brain sat down with my parents and explained everything to them so they felt comfortable. needless to say from the sale of their home and him finding a ranch townhome for them went flawless. he was there every step of the way and my parents were very happy. i will use him when i move. |
