Brian is a recovering restaurateur who began his real estate career in the spring of 2005 when he sold his restaurant Bistro 40. His mother Kim Langley, a veteran realtor, had tried for years to convince him to come in to the family business. Brian had always opted to stick with what he knew: taking care of customers in his restaurant. During the process of selling his restaurant he became acquainted with the listing agent and was fascinated by the process of selling a business. So much so that he signed on with the brokerage as an agent. After a year and a half of brokering the sale of restaurants it was time to go mainstream. Brian joined his mother at Keller Williams Realty Greenville Central Partners and formed Team-Langley. It was a seamless transition indeed going from the Service/Hospitality industry to Business Marketing/Sales to Real Estate Consulting.

It is a multi-generational family business - "The Gopher and The Guru." Kim Langley, the Sage of Simpsonville, brings to the table 15 years of residential and commercial Real Estate sales and marketing along with all the trappings of a charmed and seasoned career. For only experience can provide the power of vast networks and the negotiating prowess neccessary to thrive in a shifting market. Brian, for his part, brings technical savvy, executive moxy and a fresh perspective to the game. Real Estate added another dimention to his customer service backround. Before he was making sure guests have a memorable evening, now he is making sure his clients have all the information and resources neccessary to make a sound investment in a property which suits their individual needs.

Brian and wife Courtney and son Brooks are members of the Covanant United Methodist Church. They do a lot of snowboarding during the cold months and in the summer Brian thinks he's a golfer.

As a longtime resident of the Upstate Brian has established a solid presence in the community serving on steering commitees for the March of Dimes' Signature Chefs Auction and Loaves and Fishes' Taste of the Nation charity events. Besides doing charity work Brian also volunteers as a coach for an intermural soccer team.
