I am not an order taker...I coach my clients in advanced but pertinent financial strategies to build and preserve wealth. My specialties include, but are not limited to - equity and debt planning and management, as well as Chapter 13 buyouts, first time home buyers, real estate investing and planning, and private and hard money financing. I tend to focus on these niches, however I have the experience, knowledge, and resources to handle everything. I have helped many first-time home home buyers with special programs. I have funded construction loans, covering all acquisition and construction costs. I have even organized, prepared and presented a proposal for a $250 MILLION letter of credit for the development multiple single family communities. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge base so I am always providing the best service and advice to my valued clients.
