Originally from Baltimore Maryland, I moved to Florida for the love of sunshine, Disney and Celebration.  For many years my wife, Linda (also a Realtor) and I had a vacation home in Celebration.  Finally we made the decision to move, change careers and start a new life.

During my prior career of 25 years I helped individuals and families get through one of the most difficult times of their life.  My business career path lead me to a point where I represented my professional organization and colleagues as their legislative chairman negotiating with committees and testifying before the Maryland General Assembly.  I learned to think out of the box and creatively brought opposing parties together. 

My passion for real estate developed as a young entrepreneur.  I began buying investment properties in in and around the Baltimore area during the 1980's.  I had a real estate license in Maryland and bought, sold and managed all of my own properties.  The art of negotiating and putting deals together has always fascinated me.  Early mentors encourage that I realize every transaction must result in a both parties needs being satisfied. 

All of these experiences have secured the success I have had in the real estate profession.  I listen to my clients needs, and attempt to make every negotiation a win-win transaction.  I merely moved the skills developed in a prior buisness world to the one of helping individuals and families make their dreams come true.  I have adopted the phrase "Working With You to Make Dreams Come True," to define my basic philosophy.

Continuing education has earned me the designations:  Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS).  Both accreditation's are above and beyond what is required by the industry.  "I take my business very seriously and continuing education has helped me maintain an up-to-date understanding of the ever changing market."
