Charlie has been the broker/owner of BLANKET REAL ESTATE, INC. since 1986.  From 1987 - 1991, he owned an ERA franchise.  Prior to opening his Real Estate business Charlie was the VP & General Manager of several large wholesale and retail distributors.  He has bought, sold, leased and managed over 200 properties for these companies in the Northeast.  During that period Charlie was active in energy industry associations in Connecticut and New York. 

He is past president of our Board and a former Director of CAR.  He has also served on Association Task Forces, was a Sub Committee Chairman and organized our NFCAR Store booth at our annual Trade Show.  He has completed his PSCS training and is qualified to sit on state & local board ethics and/or arbitration hearings. He serves on our Grievance Committee and CAR's Professional Standard's Committee.

Charlie's company specializes in commercial, business, residential brokerage, consulting and investment analysis.  He has been a member of our Board for over 23 years, holds a GRI designation, is a CBI & CCIM candidate and a member of the New England Business Brokers Association and our local CID.  Charlie has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Pace University and has completed all course work for his Masters in Finance from Western Connecticut University.  Currently, Charlie is devoting all his time and energy in his business in the Greater Danbury area and would like to continue to share his experience, drive and enthusiasm for our Association.  When not working, Charlie enjoys golf, bowling and riding his Harley.
