I have local knowledge about the Okanogan real estate market that others do not. I grew up on a ranch where we put up hay and raised beef cattle, so I know the value of acreage whether its irrigated farmland or dryland pasture, I have purchased property ranging from raw land with little improvements to residential. I have worked with the Colville Confederated Tribe on a land purchase and become familiar with the transaction process on the Colville Reservation. This included the distinction between deeded land and trust land. The process also involved tribal water rights as compared with state water rights.
I was born in Omak and grew up in Okanogan County. I had a long career in critical care patient transport. A back injury forced me to alter careers and real estate was a path that intrigued me.
