Before entering into the Real Estate Business I worked many years in structural steel both as a Ship Repair Fitter & a Union Iron Worker. During this time I learned the value of good honest hard work. My goal when entering into Real Estate was to bring these values with me to assist my clients with what I believe to be one of the largest financial, as well as, emotional investments most of us make in our lives.  

Showing clients how I put their needs first and how I truly listen is my primary concern.  Nothing is more satisfying than hearing that I have exceeded my client's expectations, whether that has been in finding their dream home, negotiated an excellent price, selling their home quickly and for top dollar, or providing them with an excellent referral.  While working with me, my primary focus is to meet your buying and selling needs with straight forward honest service.

The Puget Sound area is beautiful, with many fine communities, and offers an extensive realm of wonderful things to explore and do.  Growing up and living in Washington  for over 40 years, I have extensive knowledge of all communities, Mukilteo, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Everett, Bothell, Snohomish, Seattle and more.
