I grew up in a Latin American home (Peruvian) in North Florida. The culture at home was to work hard and get a good education.

I enjoy educating people about finance, home buying programs and how to stay positive when all seems impossible. Being a Loan Officer allows me the ability to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Over the last 16 years as a Loan Officer, I found that one of the most important qualities to ensure success is the ability to communicate. Professionalism, Customer Service and thinking outside the box are also just as important.

I'd rather be the type of person who tells you the truth on where you stand with regard to obtaining a loan. With the vast knowledge that I possess and my network of Professionals, I am able to recommend a person to different services and programs to ensure his/her path to home ownership will include less stress and better options.
