REDESIGN SERVICES
What is Redesign? It is a trendy, exciting and cost effective alternative to traditional interior design. By using what you already own and re-arranging the existing furniture and accessories, a functional, harmonious and vibrant space will be created. Redesign uses the basic design principles and highlights the things that you love. Why spend thousands of dollars on new furniture that doesn't work in the room. | On the gentle persuasion of my Real Estate Agent, she suggested I use her Stager/Decorator to get my home ready for the Video Presentation she would be creating. She sent me Kathy, who quickly got right down to the issues, and did a walk through…I was shocked when she told me what had to leave the space….how it left was of course my decision…I could store stuff, share things with the family and neighbours, give it to a charitable organization … the whole idea was to give the house an uncluttered enticing look but still appear totally livable … the foot traffic that we were attempting to attract had to have a flow to it, and all of that Kathy engineered …the compliments that resulted from prospects were reassuring… At first I thought the suggestions were just not possible for me to accomplish but I took them anyway…and soon I could see the wisdom in them …without the emotional attachment, the house began to reshape…even I thought I would like to stay in it a bit longer … Due to her ideas which I implemented fully, the Video turned out to be a winner…the resulting colored brochure was a delight and will be a life long memory for me and my family. I valued Kathy’s input so sincerely that as soon as I purchased another home….I wanted her expertise in decorating the new space, which again I am pleased about…She laid out a plan…which I could follow however I wished…all at once, or bit by bit…however her suggestion that I immediately create one room in the house where I could retreat while planning the rest of the house most valuable. Her suggestions for a family would be tailored to their needs, as her suggestions to me were tailored to mine. Her insight is a talent and a gift and her support is always there when you require it… I would recommend Kathy Booth highly – her professional attitude, commitment to detail and her flexible manner will be invaluable to me for as long as I remain in this house… |

| You wouldn’t believe that we had over a dozen people come to view our house in 3 days (while we were at the cottage) and received 3 offers. We ended up selling the house for more than we asked for within 6 days!! The sale sign hasn’t even gone up yet! I just wanted to thank you for helping us make our “common, average house” into a “beautiful and tastefully decorated home”. I will definitely recommend your services to whoever needs help in selling their home. It happened so fast that we are a bit “saddened” to leave our endearing house and backyard.
