I moved to Hickory in 1998 to sell a golf course neighborhood called Oliver’s Landing, in Bethlehem. When that job was completed I discovered that I had fallen in love with Hickory – its people, its community, its cultural activities and its friendliness. This is the South, after all! So I started my own company, and except for a two year hiatus, when I moved to Greenville, SC, to help a family member, I have been helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.

My background as a builder in Texas during the 1980’s gives me insight to home construction and quality, a gift not always found in a REALTOR®.

And my commitment to you as a client is unparalleled. I am normally available 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. You will never feel lost or out of communication with me!

If you are a buyer, after a brief ‘honeymoon’ when we meet and see if we are compatible in working together to realize your dreams, I will request that you sign a Buyer’s Agency Agreement with me, where you will work with me exclusively. As an added bonus, I have a service, which, on a daily basis, checks for homes that meet your needs; it then automatically emails you the information. You are kept up-to-date and current on all homes for sale, in “real time”.  99% of my buyers want me as their Buyer Agent, to work in their best interests, not for the Seller.

If you are a seller, I will guide you in pricing your house, advertise and market your house, manage all the showings of your house, get feedback from the showings, report on a daily basis the progress of our marketing efforts, and generally be your partner in getting your house sold in a timely manner.
