Annette has received the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist "CRS" designation. This is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field, top 5% of realtors nationwide. This designation brings special qualifications to the needs of home buyers and sellers which includes significant experience, sales volume of real estate transactions and advanced education in related areas such as finance, technology and marketing and technology expertise.  She is also certified as an accredited buyer representative "ABR" through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Qualification includes extensive training and completed transactions as a buyer representative.
