I never "double end" (that is represent both the buyer and seller) in any transaction. How can I represent my client for their best interest if I am representing both parties in a transaction? (It can't be done!) Agents who say they can are only interested in a larger commission. If they really had the best interests of their clients at heart they would ensure that one of them is represented by someone else.
