Let me start with saying Katy, TX is a suburb of Houston, TX and is approximately 25 miles west of Houston. Katy has wonderful schools and is a family oriented community. Folks want to move here so their children can go to school in this school district. Katy has something for all people and is a diverse community.

I have lived in the Katy and Sugarland area for over 12 years. I know this area very well and would be more than happy to show the area to you. We moved to the Katy area approximately 11 years ago mainly based on our evaluation of the school system. Unlike many realtors who advertise expertise in this area but live 20-30 miles away we live in the area. I have one son currently attending schools in the district and my older step-son was in first graduating class at Seven Lakes High School. We beleive the Katy ISD is an excellent School District.
