As owner of Moose Creek Estates MCE), Bob is not a developer by trade. Where a developer would spend the minimum amount of money for curb appeal, sell the lots, and move on, Bob is a retired computer executive who loves this valley and plans to have a presence here for the rest of his life. Thus, he has spent several million dollars on environmental enhancement, etc. that a regular developer would never spend. The property reflects that investment. The spring time is a rainbow of wildflowers. Wildlife (elk, deer, moose, mountain goat, etc.) are abundant. A herd of a couple hundred elk come to MCE each spring to have their babies and are in the area until the snow gets deep in November.
