I decided to use my Xerox training in sales and customer service to start a laser printing and mailing service bureau. | Bruce, I just wanted to take the time to "Thank You" for the outstanding job you did for me selling my late mother’s home in Bradenton. Being from out of town I did not know who to list the property with and Wagner was recommended by some friends in the area. We went online and found your name and number, called and in less than 24 hours you came over to the house and explained how you could help us. With the many issues we had including the home having to go into probate for 90 days, you keep in touch and helped look after the house. Once it was listed, within 48 hours we had multiple offers on the house and you helped us get the best price we could.
