I am an honest hard working broker with 30 years of real estate and finance experience. I own and operate my own business and have many valued partners in my business. I have access to many lenders and many different types of programs.
I understand this market. I am well versed in FHA and VA loans as well as conventional financing. I know how to get a loan funded.
I beleive my strongest attribute is my determination. Once I have someones' trust and expectations in my hands, I will not rest until I get it done. The most difficult or "impossible" loans are my specialty. It gives me great personal satisfaction to help someone become a homeowner and realize their dreams.
The one thing you can be sure of is your clients are safe with me. I am ever mindful of the fact that when I do my job and keep your clients informed and happy they reflect that on you as my referring agent.
The agents I work with love my work. They know they can trust me implicitly. I do not engage in other areas of real estate for that reason. If real estate referrals come my way I refer them to the agents who refer their clients to me. You don't do my business and I don't do yours.
