Cherell is a Certified Staging Professional who is insured, and licensed by the City of Lenexa to practice and offer home staging services to sellers, real estate agents, investors, home builders and mortgage companies located in Johnson County and surrounding metropolitan Kansas City areas.

She has a Masters of Science degree in Management and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications. Her creativity, natural gift for design, decorating, and staging homes has served to position Staged to Show 'n Sell as one of Johnson County's leading Home Staging providers.

Che'rell is an Affiliate Member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and a member of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce. She brings more than ten years of demonstrated communication skills, people skills, leadership, management, and supervisory skills to Staged to Show 'n Sell - acquired from employment in various positions held at three different business organizations in which she has served as: Public Information Officer, Communication Specialist, Program Manager, Video-conference Manager, Performance Improvement Consultant, Trainer, Inside Sales Account Manager, and Retail Supervisor.

Unbeknownst to Cherell, the year 2000 would be her first calling to become a Certified Home Staging Professional. Her first inspiration to Stage and decorate homes occurred in January of 2000 when a Johnson County home builder inquired about taking interior pictures of her property to showcase his subdivision in the spring Kansas City Parade of Homes Tour magazine. Since that time Che'rell has successfully used her talent to assist clients with preparing their homes to be market ready for listing.
