I've represented first time home buyers of $102,000 (closed) up to the the very sophisticated seller of $1,615,000. Over the past 5 years my average buyer buys a home at $349,590 and spends $125/sq ft for their home. My average seller, sells for $493,356 or $130 sq ft. The bottom line, I get top dollar for my sellers and pay less when I negotiate for my buyers.   

I graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1978 and went to work for Dow Chemical where I held several key sales and marketing management positions. From 1989-1999 I worked in our consumer products division putting together marketing (promotion and adverting) plans for brands such as Ziploc, Saran Wrap, Handi-Wrap and Spray 'n Wash before the division was sold to SC Johnson and I elected not to move to WI. The discipline and knowledge from this experience has served me and my clients well. My communication, organizational and marketing skills allow me to provide service to my real estate clients that is second to none. My home sellers reap significant benefits from my strong marketing background when I list and market their home.

I enjoy playing golf, travel, water skiing and snow skiing.  I am a member of Crooked Stick Golf Club home of the 1991 PGA Champiosnship and the 2009 Sr. US Open where I was a volunteer.
