2010 ushers in a new decade and the hope the real estate market will begin to find its way out of the doldrums of the previous three years.  It has been sad to see the negative effect the market has inflicted on individuals and families.  Numerous real estate companies in my area have either folded into another company or disappeared from the business scene along with the careers of some good friends.  Sometimes it seemed as if it would be a good time to retire to the mountains or beach side but then a phone call or two and the rush starts, a client needs assistance in some manner and before you can blink you are answering the "call to action".    

 It has certainly been a good time to learn some new skills and improve on the old skills.    I'm still not where I should been in that arena but I'm a whole heap better than I was.
