I specialize in both residential and commercial. As the son of a real estate broker in the Indiana County I learned many valuable things from my dad. My skills include being a great negotiator,knowing the market and being professional. I have many years of residential experience buying, selling and also flipping houses. I have alot of experience in the commercial end as well both buying and selling. I personally own a number of rental units that have been remodeled and then rented out plus personally buying over 100 homes myself to redo and flip, rent out or lease to own. I am very knowledgable with pricing, knowing the market and keeping up with current mortgage information.
