Get to Know Andrew Fielding

Even from a young age, Andrew watched his father set an example of success. As a personal wealth manager, Andrew's father had helped many people achieve their dreams as they bought dream houses, traveled the globe and sent their children to college. The joy he brought through his personal dedication and passion was something Andrew wanted for himself.

Andrew has lived in Kitchener-Waterloo for over 35 years and is proud to raise his two boys, Eric and Colin here.  Andrew spends any leisure time on the golf course, the hockey rink and at running track - but home is where his heart is and he's happiest when he is spending quality time with his wife Kim and the boys.

Andrew always knew he wanted to connect with people. He graduated with a diploma in radio broadcasting and spent a few years speaking to people from behind
the microphone. He quickly realized he wanted more. After hiring different sales agents to assist him in buying and selling a few of his own properties, Andrew felt that same lack of connection to the agent as if he were being talked to from behind a microphone. It felt as though his needs were being ignored for the sake of "moving things along" or "playing the game". He wanted to feel more engaged with the process and not slotted into a step-by-step approach that came with bells and whistles that didn't impress or produce results.

His observations were right on the money. After graduating from the OREA Real Estate College, he hit the streets of Kitchener-Waterloo determined to see how he could help people buy and sell real estate. After only 2 years in the business, Andrew was awarded with the Honour's Society Award at an international Prudential conference in Austin, Texas. Finding out he was in the top 11% of the company worldwide after such a short time certainly turned heads. Many agents have approached Andrew to find out what he's doing that is so different - how was he getting so many clients, so quickly?
