Betty Fennelly became a sales associate at Weichert Realtors in 2000. She has repeatedly been honored as her office's top producer. In 2004 she was a member of Weichert Realtors Executive Club. In 2005 Betty qualified for Weichert Realtors prestigious Ambassadors Club as well as having the highest number of transactions in the company.

Before coming to Weichert Realtors, Betty was the Director of Administration for Morgan Cobb Partners a property management firm in Delaware County.

Betty has been written about in many newspapers such as the King of Prussia Courier, The Suburban & Wayne Times, and the Suburban Advertiser because of her dedication to personal service, and attention to the needs of her clients.

In 2006 Betty added her husband James Fennelly to her team. James majored in real estate at Penn State University before starting his career at the once famous PSFS which eventually became Mellon PSFS and finally Citizens Bank. After spending many years in the mortgage and banking industries James joined Morgan Cobb Partners as a property manager. Today he brings a wealth of knowledge including a background in 1031 exchanges, investment properties, multi-family properties, commercial properties and second homes to Team Fennelly. Betty earned her associate brokers license in 2008.

Betty is a resident of West Chester, and grew up in Delaware county, so she has many ties through out the Delaware Valley to help sell your property for the best possible price.

James has lived in Chester County most of his adult life and has been building relationships with friends and clients from the Mainline to Montgomery and Delaware counties since his childhood.
