I am a licensed Broker Associate and Accredited Buyer Representative. What does that mean to you? I have gone over and above just getting a license to sell Real Estate. That means that you not only get the great customer service that I strive for, but you also get the knowledge and expertise that extra education and years of experience provides. I am a super aggressive listing agent working for you the seller, and because I do have the ABR, I'm also an advocate of Buyer Agency and working in the Buyer's best interests! Above all, customer satisfaction is the most important factor in my day to day dealings. I want to make sure that whether you are the seller or the buyer, that you are comfortable with the transaction, understand the transaction, AND are not feeling the stress of the unknown!

I like to work with First time Buyers, because I feel that I'm able to explain the contract terms and the whole transaction in a manner that makes Buyers feel comfortable that they are making knowledgable decisions. I also work well with people relocating to the area due to the fact that I am not originally from this area and have had to find my way around with a map and a lot of frustration. I like to tour new people to the area on every back road and by every area of interest and supply them with more knowledge of the area than some of the natives have! It just makes the transition of a new home and new area a lot easier! The areas I specialize in is a wide range, due mostly to the more rural setting. I rwork Southern Waukesha County (Mukwonago, Eagle, North Prairie, Dousman, Vernon). I also have extensive knowledge of the City of Waukesha. I also do a lot of busines in Walworth County to include East Troy, Elkhorn, Lyons, Spring Prairie, Sugar Creek, LaGrange, Whitewater and Jefferson County to include Whitewater and Palmyra. I do alot of business in the basic Metro Milwaukee Area, but the above mentioned are my forte`.
