| As a seller, it was refreshing for us to work with Benedict Devlin with their expertise in market analysis. Rebecca told us what we would get for our house, and we got exactly that amount, which was slightly higher than we had even expected! They educated us throughout the selling process about how to make a sale go smoothly without hiccups, and they advocated for us during the negotiating of the buying process. During moments of our own uncertainty or confusion, Rebecca was quick to clarify, and she and Paul kept us informed of each step we needed to take along the way. In the end by using Benedict Devlin as our realtors, they saved us thousands in commissions by setting a low flat fee for their listing commission. We would recommend them to anyone! |

| The service and support we received from Paul and Rebecca of Benedict-Devlin went beyond the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. They certainly completed both efficiently and professionally. Their fee structure was also far more reasonable than the industry average. Those things combined created a positive experience. But it’s not why we are writing a reference. Selling and buying a home is a simple business transaction, albeit a very large one with lots of paper work. But it’s also intensely emotional. We have a connection to the home we are giving up and then one we hope to buy. The feelings we have about either are not always rational. What we appreciated most about Paul and Rebecca is that they understood this. They embraced it. They provided us with context and grounded us when necessary. We never felt pressured. We never got the sense that “business” was driving the decisions. Their service was personal and human from start to finish. Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decision of anyones life. They handled it with the care and understanding of responsibility you would hope for. |

| A very big Thank You to Rebecca & Paul for getting our house sold so quickly. By mid Feb we were fed up with shovelling snow and decided it was time to move. We had intended to get evaluations from 3 companies and then pick the one we felt most comfortable with. Having seen BenedictDevelin signs and advertising over the years, we called them first. Rebecca came over and toured our home and set an appointment to present her findings. We found her to be very likeable, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy and therefore no reason to contact anyone else. They also give a flat rate on the listing commission, which meant a lot to us. We put our home on MLS on Feb 17th and had showings immediately, with an acceptable offer coming within 2 weeks. As a former realtor myself, I can assure you that from our experience in dealing with Rebecca and Paul, you will be very happy should you choose them to represent you in your real estate needs. We didn’t choose a “ Real Estate Company”, we choose Reliable Realtors and are very happy with the outcome. |
