I have been an active real estate agent for over 10 years and love what I do. It is important that my clients are 100% satisfied with their experience with me. I know the market well and have good relationships with all the realtors who work in Huntington Beach.
For fun I love to play Beach Volley ball and spend time with my family. I have three teenage girls, two who go to Huntington Beach High and one who attends Orange Coast College.
I granduated with a BA in Pshychology and I am a luxury home specialist. I have lots of experience working with Buyers and Sellers.

| When my husband retired we put our home in Huntington Beach on the market with a lot of help from Nichole. It seemed like an overwhelming task to get the home ready for viewing but Nichole helped us every step of the way. From contractors to staging to getting the house sold, Nichole assisted with all of it. Our house sold in about 1 month & we are now living our retirement dream. Thanks, Nichole! | Nichole is very professional and very dedicated in what she does for her clients, I would like to share my experience with her, I told her what I need it, what my budget was and the location that I was targeting and she went to work sending me information about possible places to look with out pushing me on making a fast move, she is excellent about given her clients the space they need to make their own decisions. I was getting frustrated and talk to her that I must find something really fast and her advise was "don't rush it, something is going to come up end grab it fast" but you make sure that's what you want and she was right all the way.... a few days later something came up and she knew it was what I need it and more!!!! she was able to move on the same day it came in the market... I wasn't sure for a day that I want it, but she insisted that I would be happy and that was the right place for me...so I took it and I'm so happy I did, my life has change completely...I will always be in debt to Nichole for finding and understanding my needs...I highly recommend Nichole to anyone...just trust her and let her do her job and you are for a big life changing....Thank you Nichole for your hard work and dedication... |
