| As if being a 1st time homebuyer wasn't stressful enough, I was on a bit of a time crunch. I was transferred to Chicago for my job, nearing the end of a sublease I could not wait to get out of and no longer wanted to waste money on rent. I found Brad and was blown away by his professionalism and in depth knowledge not only of the real estate market, but of all the great restaurants/bars in the areas he sells in.
