She demonstrated knowing all the little details that helped make this a smooth and comfortable home buying experience for me. I was really impressed about her attention to all the little details and answering all of my questions. She did plenty of research so that she was well prepared and this made the visits to different houses worth our time. I was nervous about the loan process, but she helped me to understand many of my options and she ended up helping me to save some $$. I'd recommend Belinda Buchanan to anyone.
