OUstanding experience working with Brian on the purchase of a house in Norman. We really appreciated his objectivity and providing the pros and cons of each property. He was professional, extremely responsive and great to work with.

I was a first time home buyer. Brian made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He is very knowledgable, polite and was never pushy. Beyond his general demeanor, the best part about working with Brian was his responsiveness to my questions and concerns.

The house buying process was quick and easy. Negotiation was fair. He knows most realtors, inspectors, contractors, loan agents, etc. in town which is a good resource and makes for smooth processes. Personally, I did not have much time to dedicate to buying house, and he helped me complete it without it turning into an extra part-time job.

Brian, is a very likable, honest person he makes you feel at easy when your with him. He knows the Norman market very well and he sold our property in 3 days. The reason we called Brian is he sold 2 other homes in our addition previously, and after meeting him my wife, and I knew he was an excellent choice. I've used other realtors before, and non of them compared to his knowledge, honesty, integrity, responsiveness. If you use Brian you will have made an excellent choice.

Brian was very patient with us during this time of purchasing a house. We were not actively looking but found something we liked that was for sale by owner and he went over and above to help us and the seller.

Brian also went out of his way to prepare us for what it would take to sale our home and how much we could probably expect for it. I can't say enough about his great attitude and always willing to do more than he needed to. I knew I could always go to him for anything I needed. If he didn't have the answer, he found it.

Brian has helped me with both buying (2010) and selling (2015) a home. He is always responsive to his clients' needs, knows his stuff, and works hard to get the best deal for his clients! I have recommended him to others, and will continue to recommend him. I'm will also call Brian for my future real estate needs!

I thought I was going to break even or have to take money to the table after my house would likely sit on the market all winter, but Brian was able to sell my home quicker (before the New Year!) and I walked away with more than expected. I was dealing with the loss of a loved one and Brian was kind enough to take the reigns so that I could handle other issues. He also facilitated communication with my property manager, and did all this while I was in upstate New York. I definitely recommend him.
