Barbara Bartell, CPC, SRES believes that communication is the key to success. Barbara has a B.A. degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison, is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and is a certified SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Before becoming a real estate professional, Barbara owned a well known Human Resource Search firm in NYC for 20 years, where she placed over 1000 candidates in global firms. Her excellent matching skills transferred readily to a career in real estate.
She was born in Ohio, and has lived in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois and Wisconsin before relocating to NYC, and then Westchester County in 1995 where she currently resides with husband Scott, and two Cornish Rex cats in Hartsdale, NY.
My most recent certification is SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). However, I represent all clients in rentals and sales of apartments, coops, condos, single family and multi-family homes in Southern and Central Westchester County N.Y. I truly enjoy working with new home buyers, relocatee's, as well as those just wanting to upsize or downsize their homes! I keep my buyers informed on a daily basis of any new listings that may be of interest. I enjoy giving a tour of the areas that relocatee's are interested in, pointing out those important landmarks like restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, bike trails, hiking paths, river town parks to our equivalent of mini NYC in White Plains!

| I cannot say enough about Barbara. Her work ethic is only second to her personality. She understood what we wanted and could afford and did not waste our time with anything else. After showing us countless listings, some of which she knew wouldn't work, but we wanted to see, she was able to find the one that was right for us. Guiding us through from wht would be a reasonable offer to makin sure we hired a lawyer who would have our interests at heart, to getting involved with the mortgage broker. She was an outlet in times of frustration and cheerleader we needed to keep our hopes up. We now have our first place it is really thanks to her. We both highly recommend her to anyone lookiing in Westchester County |

| I am working on the settlement of my late mother's estate and needed informal valuation of her residence to facilitate the settlement. I used Zillow t contact a realtor and Barbara responded immediately that eening, which exceeded my expectations. We had a very productive email dialogue and the very next morning she visited my mothers house. By that time she had also provided me with a list of six comparable properties. She then provided me with a letter on her company letterhead with the value estimate, which was exactly what our attorney needed. I offered to pay her for this exceptional service, but she refused. I will absolutely consult Barbara wit any questions about this house or any other Westchester County real estate in the future. She has exceptional service ethic and is very knowledgeable about the area. |
