First Time Buyers - Short Sales - Foreclosure/REO - Move Up/Down Buyers - High-End  and Luxury Homes - I have done it all!

Over the past few years I have had the great opportunity to be well rounded in many areas of residential real estate as it pertains to the Southern California marketplace. I have helped many families purchase their first home and move-up homes. In recent years loan programs such as FHA, VA and down payment assistance programs have become more prevalent. I have partnered with mortgage bankers to become as knowledgeable as possible with these loan programs and be able to advise my clients on what type of homes we need to find and how to prepare the best offer possible. San Diego is a Military town and it's always a great honor to serve those who have served our country and have worked with many Military service members.

The current marketplace and recession unfortunately has also been hard on many families. Most have sought help in the form of a short sale in order to liquidate a home underwater or avoid foreclosure. This is why I specialize in short sales and I have sold numerous short sales on both ends of the transaction. As a short sale specialist I have completed HAFA short sales as well as regular short sales.

In addition to the helping out people with their real estate needs, I have had the experience to help out banks sell off their foreclosed assets. These are known as REO properties which is short for real estate owned. My clients included and have included large mortgage servicer's such as Indymac Bank/Onewest Bank and asset management firms such as Goodman Dean and Bankers Asset Management.
