| Barbara, we want to put on record a belated "thank you" to you and your team for all your help in selling our house in Rock Creek Forest. There are many good real estate agents in the Washington area, but you are at the top of any list. What is often a stressful experience, selling a home, was for us a wonderful and relatively easy experience, thanks to your skills, shepherding, and advice during the process. I also want to acknowledge members of your team who were ready to step in and help in various ways when necessary. Your keen sense of the market was extremely accurate, and the house sold quickly and at a very good price. Your correct pricing led to us getting more than I had expected or hoped for. And everything went exceedingly well despite the fact that we had already left the area as the house was being prepared to go on the market. Your oversight was invaluable as I had to organize the painting and a few final repairs from the road while we sped toward our new life in California.
