Are you looking for a Realtor in Toronto? I'd like to apply for the job! I have 20+ years under my belt and I know the city and it's neighbourhoods as well as anyone. Selling real estate successfully involves a high degree of "community immersion". I have to stay ahead of the game and know what's going on at any given time. To that end, I have the BROKER professional designation (the highest level of qualification). I'm on numerous boards and committees throughout the city. I was a Property Tax Assessor before I became a Realtor and that meant the evaluation/assessment and inspection of thousands of homes in all areas of the city. Much of my business is attending to the needs of previous clients and their kids but I welcome and encourage new business.
