Bridget was born and raised in Southern California and has been fortunate to live and visit many interesting and exotic places such as Dubai, Egypt, London, Cypress, Syria, Cancun, Hawaii, Honduras, and Belize.
Bridget earned her degree in Social Science at the College of the Canyons graduating with honors, Alpha Gamma Sigma and Phi Theta Kappa then went on to further her education at California State University of Northridge with a concentration in Liberal Arts.
Bridget's unique and diverse background provides an ideal platform to offer reliable and friendly customer service. Working in the customer care industry for twenty years has allowed her to provide a level of service that is second to none. Before moving to Arkansas, Bridget worked as an executive assistant for a Los Angeles corporate law firm specializing in real estate transactions, contract negotiations, corporation formation, and entertainment law. Other related areas of expertise include administration, human resources, debt-recovery, marketing and public relations. Most recently, Bridget worked as the general property manager for a luxury multi-family community located in Chenal Valley of West Little Rock, Arkansas.
Bridget has served as a Business Ambassador for the Santa Clarita, CA Chamber of Commerce, and hand selected as convention coordinator promoting national awareness of internationally abducted children, held in Washington D.C. She also served one term as Philanthropic Chairman on the Board of Directors for Beta Sigma Phi, and was a regular volunteer within the CA public school system to help promote and improve educational awareness and resources for children.
Bridget has one adult son and when not working, she loves traveling and DIY projects. She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys cycling, amateur photography, collaborative cooking, hiking, playing with her dog, rock-hounding, meeting new people and adventuring throughout Arkansas.
As one of Arkansas newer residents, Bridget is excited to have an opportunity to incorporate her past experiences into her career as a licensed realtor and plans to create many opportunities to get out and say hi to the goof folks of Arkansas.

| My husband I became aware of Ms. Afandi when one of her signs went up at a house at the end of our street. To our amazement, the property sold in less than a week. In about a month, another home around the corner sold in about a month. After seeing this, we felt surely we should list our property with Bridget when we were ready to make the house in Greer’s Ferry our permanent residence. So, contacted Bridget and met her a few days later. Bridget answered all of our questions regarding the sale of our property and we signed with her. Bridget prepared a beautiful full-color just listed announcement postcard, and a gorgeous four page brochure as well as other wonderful marketing material. She listed our property on Craigslist, the McKimmey Website, Facebook, www.LittleRock-Properties, and prepared a Realtor’s Open House luncheon, including scheduling a public open house. With all of the advertisement and the beautiful brochure I would have bought it all over again! With all contacts she made, the house sold in just 9 days, ABOVE the list price, and before any of the open houses she had already scheduled could take place. | In the summer 2012 illness forced me to put my home up for sale to move to a better climate for my health and the housing market was very still bad for sellers. I also knew that my small, elegant carriage home was a unique kind of property with few or no comparables. So I spent considerable time meeting with prospective Realtors. Selecting a Realtor was easy, because Bridget Afandi stood out so far above the rest. I was immediately impressed by Bridget’s professionalism, her friendly, warm personality, her extensive knowledge of the Little Rock market and of marketing strategies for a bad housing market, and her offer to go beyond the call of duty to help me sell my home at a profit fairly quickly. Above all, I was impressed by her genuine interest in me and the situation I was facing. This is what truly sets Bridget apart, her personal interest in her clients and her strong commitment to help them realize their goals. As I readied my home for market, Bridget was true to her commitment. I had not quite finished the complete renovation of my home when illness struck; but the baseboards and door frames and trim remained unpainted. So, Bridget dived in and helped me with these final details and other final touches; she also helped me get the house market ready. So it would make the best possible showing. She even went to the extent of pressure-washing my driveway until it fairly sparkled! Bridget was unflagging in marketing my property, holding open houses and constantly searching for qualified prospective buyers. Despite the fact the she had many larger properties listed, Bridget never once put my little carriage house on “the back burner.” Thanks to Bridget and her diligent efforts on my behalf, my home sold in February 2013 at a very tidy profit. Considering the evil housing market of those days, I believe this speaks to Bridget’s expertise and the depth of her commitment to her clients.
