In 2005 I was recruited by the ownership team of Keller Williams North Seattle to come on board as Team Leader (CEO). Chosen for past success' building teams and developing people on my real estate team and as a board of director's member of the Seattle Metro office. I now oversee office operations and am responsible for ensuring that the North Seattle associates of the fastest-growing real estate company in North America continues to provide its signature training and support to more than 100 associates.

Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty in 2003, I was an Associate Broker and ALC board representative serving on the financial, growth and charity KW Cares committee. I also worked with national franchise ERA for more than eight years and the regional franchise Windermere in the early nineties. As team leader of Keller Williams Realty's North Seattle market center I have grown the office by over 60 agents and we are now more than 100 strong with our sights on 142 associates by 2008. My other accomplishments include developing a joint venture with national brand Metro Cities to create our own brand "Greater Seattle Mortgage. Following the well thought out models, systems and stratigies for agents and office has been the key to our achievements in Seattle.  

What's to come? Over the next year we plan to work with our carefully chosen associates to double our market share and number of agents. We will do this as a knowledge and skill based, service orientated team of self branded associates. We are also looking to launch 12 additional market centers over the next 2 years.
