I have over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. With a lot of mortgage experience, I decided to also extend my services to buyers looking for homes in our area. | I contacted Arun to sell a piece of property my family owned in Chino HIlls CA based on a few of the reviews listed on Zillow. Selling land takes a bit more experience than the standard house sale, so I was cautios that Arun was going to be able to help. Working with Arun was a pleasure to say the least. The sale went faster than expected for a bit higher selling point than we anticipated. He is really fantastic to work with. The whole process had a few issues from the previous owner and Arun handled everything in a very prompt, honest, and timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the whole transaction and highly recommend Arun for any real estate sales or purchases you might have. It was really an easy, smooth process. I'm not much for submitting reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond the normal, it's well deserved. |
