My career in real estate began when my partner and i wanted to invest in rental properties to build a portfolio for retirement. We had agents, but i soon decided it made more sense for me to get my real estate license and handle our own transactions. With that expierence it gave me the confidence to work with others who needed someone who could relate to their needs in real estate and advocaate as i had done for us. In the beginning i focused on buying and buyers needs, which soon turned toward selling as well. With a strong marketing background i enjoyed designing marketing materials and such to sell these listings. I have always believed in strong advocacy when representing a buyer or seller--as though it were my own transaction.
My specialties include multi family or rental investment as it was how i got my start in real estate. Working with investors very different that first time buyers. They need more financial bottom lines but understand property conditon issues alittle better.
However, i feel strongly toward working with a new buyer who has many emotions, many concerns--though it presents challenges i am able to help clients work though those buyer issues and concerns.
I am encouraged to work with experienced buyers and sellers, upsizing or downsizing and working a list and sale to move someone from point A. to point B. with as few issues as possible.
I always remind clients, there are many parties to their transaction and reaction time is key asis communication. Keeping everyone on track is key to success and less stress.
