Up-rooted from the east coast in the mid-1970's I easily adjusted to southern California living. It's a wonderful environment to raise children and make close friends. The scenery is pretty awesome, too. Then there's the constant almost perfect weather. I still visit the family back east, but always love coming home to So CA.
I love to explore the many coastal communites that dot the So CA coastline. Opportunties allowed me to have varied work experiences - 1st as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 14 years, then as a licensed Realtor with CAR for the past 20 in Orange County. Housing (and helping people with it) has been with me for a long time. It's what I like to do, especially selling ocean close homes.
It's a challenge to keep-up with my other interests: blogging, oil painting (landscapes), gardening, playing pickleball and traveling.
Home for me is from Long Beach to Huntington Beach or North Orange County. This also includes Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Rossmore, Surfside, Huntington Harbour and parts of Garden Grove, Cypress and Westminster. I specialize in working with sellers who want to move-up, scale-down or invest in residential real estate from 1 to 4 units. Opportunites abound in this market and ocean close homes are especially prized.
