We are a full service company with two distinct divisions.  The first division is Home Staging.  In order for a home to sell in today's market, especially in the Tampa, FL area, the home has to stand out among the rest.  Teresa Rojek is an accredited Home Stager and is quite good at her craft.  Every home she touches has a full price offer within 30 days.  Understand that her success rate is also dependent on the realtor who agressively markets the property and a seller who is motivated to sell.

The second division is the Home Inspection division.  Tony Rojek is the lead inspector with over 11 years inspection experience gained during his 25 years of military service in the Army.  Tony is a certified home inspector who also carries credentials in mold inspection and remediation, pool and spa inspection and is one of a handful of home inspectors who is windstorm inspection certified by the state of FL and performs inspections for the My Safe Florida Home program.  Every inspection that Tony executes uses his years of discipline and attention to detail in conjunction with his cross-training in the various inspection areas.  Tony codes his inspection report in three colors: Red (Safety issue), Blue (requires attention in the next few months) and Black (routine and may require attention over time).
