Get to Know Alane Quien
How exciting since moving to the Central Valley more than 3 years ago, my careeer has just expanded in opportunities. Particulary in the area of Short Sale and pre REO's. I landed an opportunity to do some prevervation work for Ocwen bank, Wellsfargo, and Bank of America. The services that I perform for them range anywhere from property inspections, BPO's, Modification assistance, to Cash for Relocation negotiations, property trashouts, maintenence etc. All have the gret possiblilty of turning into MLS listings which is the reason I took the opportunity.
My primary focus is the servicing of Central Valley residents there who are looking to buy or sell a home. Alane has joined 1st Chois Fine Homes in 2011 under the independant Brokerage of Jacqueline Mosley and is very pleased to represent a company with the long history and track record of providing quality service to its clients across the Real Estate and Insurance fields.
Alane Quien previously lived in Oakland, CA since 1980, and is still familiar with all aspects of Bay Area living, especially Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Alane has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004.
Before becoming a licensed agent, in 1999, Alane worked as a real estate assistant and loan processor. She relied on her personal experience as a loan processor, and in 2001 managed a team of professional Loan Agents for 3 years. Alane has also worked as a Mortgage Underwriter and is very familiar with all aspects of real estate and mortgage loans loans.
Alane received excellent trainning and supervision under the direction of qualified broker Robert Crosby of Crosby and Associates Realty in Oakland, now with Prudential California Realty of Modesto as her base, Alane is positioned to assist you to a successful close for all of your purchase needs.
