I'm Amanda Pugliese and was born and raised in the Back Mountain area of Northeastern Pennsylvania. I attended Dallas Public Schools and was able to meet very interesting people and experienced much of what the Back Mountain has to offer along the way. Harvey's Lake is a very popular area known for Grotto's Pizza, boat shows, and homes with spectacular views. The area also has a historical life that would interest anyone. The Dallas and Lehman areas have excellent schools and many events for children and adults, from fireworks to mini sports. Shavertown, where I grew up, is a peaceful area where neighbors are friendly and is conducive to raising young children. The Back Mountian is a great area to raise your family and be able to relax from the downtown life while still being only minutes away!
