Working with first time buyers has become increasingly satisfying.  It is nice to know that I had a role in somebody starting out on that part of their life.Listings are also very important.  I have become involved with several different web sites which allows me to market any property effectively.  Wether your home is a million dollar home or not you will still get the million dollar treatment.  I don't see any reason why a home has to sit on the market without selling.  In addition to the online treatment some of the "old" ways of doing things still work - open houses, yard signs, fliers and print ads are all part of what I do.Relocation is another area that I consider myself to be well suited for.  If you are moving into the area I know the questions to ask to get you into the best possible situation.  For those of you moving out I can get your home sold and work with you no matter where you moved to.  I can even set you up with a great Realtor in your new town to help find you your new home quickly and easily
