Get to Know Andy O'Boyle
Before I became a Realtor I was an executive chef. I relocated from the north east to sunny Florida for, Mainly the weather and never looked back. After realizing that resturant work didn't pay as well here and was told more times than not that I was over qualified I decided to do something I always wanted to do. REAL ESTATE! That was the best decision I have ever made. I initially chose real estate because to me it was the most ethical profession I could think of and secondly I love to deal with people. Since I began I have constantly searched and implemented more and more tools to better serve my buyers and sellers to make their transactions a pleasant and memorable experience.
What separates me from the crowd? EVERYTHING! From beginning to end it's all about the client. I have a great support staff that cares about every detail of every transaction. We literally have a closing celebration with food and drinks,(non alcoholic of course) party favors and lots of pictures. I can tell you I truly have fun with my clients all the way to the end. As for the hurdles we have at times, well we take care of them and 9 times out of 10 the client doesn't even know there was an issue that had to be dealt with.
