Tony Rojek is a thotough inspector with over 11 years inspection experience gained during his 25 years of military service in the Army. Tony is a certified home inspector who also carries credentials in mold inspection and remediation, pool and spa inspection, 4-point inspections and FL wind-mitigation inspections. Every inspection involves the use of his years of discipline and attention to detail in conjunction with his cross-training in the various inspection areas. Tony codes his inspection report in three colors: Red (safety issue or immediate performance or deterioration issue), Blue (requires attention in the next few months) and Black (routine and may require attention over time).

Tony enjoys working with first-time home buyers because he can educate them with regard to one of the biggest investments they will make in their life. Tony has an undergraduate degree in education and a Master's degree. He is the deal-maker, not the deal-breaker. He explains what works and and why it works or what needs improvement in a non-threatening manner. He explains that he is like the General Practioner of the Home industry in that as a doctor is concerned with the circulatory, respiratory, muscles and bones of the body, he is concerned with the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, walls/foundation and the roof. After that explanation, they understand the analogy.
