Get to Know Annie Darek
I have worked in the home improvement industry for twenty years, and much of that history has included consultative sales, management and company ownership. My experience extends from the behind the scenes things such as knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing, as well as the surface niceties such as home decor, color trends and a clean, fresh style.
I love being a realtor. It is what I was destined to do. The staging is a benefit that helped me fill a niche within myself. I have worked with builders and general contractors, buyers and sellers, gearing up homes for sale and even helping update newly purchased homes. I would be thrilled to help you buy your desired home or to help you sell your current home, whether it's to downsize, upsize, move or... you name it! :)

Regarding Real Estate: I am so happy work as a realtor with John Powel Walsh and Nathan D. Kerpan. I would tout their skills, but they are both proudly represented here on Active Rain. It is a blessing that I found a great team, including Barbara Sugg and Andy Hannigan, with which to position myself. Decades of experience and success and a motto that we are the "source for the source." If we don't have the answer, we'll find it for you!
Regarding staging: I have done hundreds of consultations or homes being remodeled, new addtions and being prepared for sale. Working in the technical side of the industry has allowed me to excel over people who know how to place a throw pillow. I get down to the leaking faucet or crack in the wall and show you how to see your home as the home buyer, knowing what to fix, how to approach it and how to prepare your home at the least possible expense.
I am not "that" person who has completed an online course or a two day seminar, then loudly promotes myself as an expert. It is my longstanding experience since the beginning of 1990 (with a year out to have a child) that has allowed me to grow my knowledge and be exactly the person you need to sell your home in its best light for the best price.
I have helped many families already and look foward to an even successful future helping you succeed!
