Annie Bianc is originally from Manhattan, New York and after visiting South Florida over ten years ago, she fell in love with it and decided to make it her primary residence.

Annie B has had prosperous careers in the finance, entertainment and marketing industries. She quickly discovered her fascination for real estate after working with one of the most successful real estate brokers in Aventura, Florida.

Annie B subsequently decided to match her business expertise, energy, creative skills and passion for helping others into the practice of real estate. She has attributed her strong negotiation skills to her experience in the real estate industry.

Annie B firmly believes in giving one hundred percent of herself to her clients and turning their dreams into reality. Her motto is “My passion is your successful real estate transaction’, she perceives delivering real estate products and services as selling a dream.

Being a resident of South Florida, she continues her success in real estate with true passion.

Annie B has a strong commitment and love for serving various communities. For over ten years, she has been volunteering for a number of organizations: these include Broward Outreach for the Homeless, Love Out Loud, Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale Outreaches, Operation Christmas Child, World Vision, Compassionate Care Hospice, Second Harvest Food Bank and also participates in feeding the homeless throughout several counties.
