Anne has been in the Real Estate profession for over 36 years working in residential Real Estate and in the field of property management. She received her Salesman's license in 1969 and her Brokers license in 1977. Anne owned and operated Clarke Real Estate,Inc. on Key Biscayne, from 1985 to 1992 at which time she merged her office with a larger firm on Key Biscayne ,Fortune International Realty. In 1996, Anne, Don and thier son, Jeremy moved to Marco Island which they had been visiting for over 35 years. Anne's family had worked very closely with the Mackle Brothers on Key Biscayne. Anne joined Coldwell Banker Mc Fadden and Sprowls in the winter of 1996 and since that time has received both her GRI (graduate of the Real Estate Institute) as well as her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and in the year 2000 she earned RECS (Real Estate Cyber Specialist) designations. In 2002 she received her Previews International Property Specialist designation, working with the higher end properties of over $750,000 as well as all market prices in between and she continues to take advanced classes in Real Estate technology and in Real Estate Law. She feels it is an important part of being the best Real Estate Professional you can be by staying up with all the current trends in our market place as well as any fields that might benefit either my Buyers or Sellers. In 2000, 2001 and 2002 Anne was awarded a membership in the Coldwell Banker "Diamond Society" as well as becoming a member of the Senior Sales Associate Club. In 2003, Anne became a member of the International Presidents Circle representing just 11% of all Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide. .She joined the Woman's Council of Realtors in 2006. She is a member and past Board of Directors member of the Marco Island Woman's Club, a past member of the Newcomers Club. A Member of the Marco Island Alumni Association, She also was the past President of an Investment club. Anne was the President of the Key Biscayne Association of Realtors in 1985 . She was the Chairperson of the Professional Development committee in 2000, the Secretary of our local Board of Realtors in 2001 and 2002. In 2003 she held a Director positions. In 2004 Anne was elected as the Vice President of the Marco Board. In 2005 Anne became the President Elect for the Board of Realtors before going on to the position of 2006 President. Anne was also award one of the highest honors an agent can receive and that is the 2005 Realtor of the Year award. Anne is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. Anne is always involved with her community where ever she lives. She received a Public Resolution for her commitment and dedication after Hurricane Andrew; she worked with the council and FEMA to make sure that everyone in the 5 Counties of South Florida was able to get the proper insurance coverage. She has worked closely with Habitat for Humanity both in Miami as well as Marco. She also was on the Advisory Board of the Jefferson National Bank for 5 years. Working with the Bank in public relations and advising as to the needs of customers and clients in the banking industry through her Real Estate contacts. Anne will continue to specialize in bringing Buyers and Sellers together and to fulfill the needs of our customers and clients. Giving "Old Fashion" service in a "Dot com" world.

When I became a Realtor back in 1969, my parents guided me by saying that the most important part of being a true professional was to be honest with your clients and customers at all times. To give them the service that they deserve when hiring someone to handle one of their most important assets of their lives.

Everyone needs a place they can call home, or if they are looking for an investment property then you need to be versed in that field as well. When I started out in the Real Estate profession, at age 19, I learned to listen, listen to what my customers and clients were asking for and then to try a deliver their wishes. I pride myself in making the buying and selling process one that is as pleasant as it can possibly be. To make it a memorable experience for everyone involved. By giving the service, understanding the transaction and using the experts around me in order to get the knowledge and answers that are needed , I feel that I have been able to do this.

It does not matter whether you work in the high end, middle priced or the low end properties. Each time I find the home or property for my clients or customers I get the same great feeling that they now have a home, condo or a piece of vacant land to call their own.
