ANNA RUSCITTI - Bio

A Principal Home Stager with Genesis Professional Staging and founder, Anna’s approach to her work is creative, highly organized and professional with an emphasis on time and budget management. Anna is a multitalented, multifaceted gem. Her design usually happens by osmosis: Anna’s innate sense of style and ability to create beautiful interiors started at a very young age when her parents wanted to redesign their Vancouver home and entrusted Anna to take it on. From thereon Anna has studied Fashion and Interior Design and has taken her knowledge to help family and friends.

Her artistic flair, keen attention to detail, colour and balance are hallmarks of her talent Anna’s eventplanning and project management background is in professional harmony with her design flair, ensuring that a project will not only be beautiful, but be on time and on budget.·

Anna’s personal style is calm eclecticism, but she loves creating spaces that reflect her clients own personal style. In her work and play she relishes the challenge of creating unique spaces. As every property and client is unique, no two spaces should be alike.

TERRI PENDREE - Bio

Terri Pendree is a Canadian. She grew up and lived in Asia for many years. She moved back to Canada and attended a business school in Manitoba, where she worked on her Business Administration degree. Her flair for design started many years ago organizing and creating beautiful professional corporate events. Her decorating and design continues and have been a source of inspiration for many businesses, family and friends. She melded her love of business with that of interiors and pursued a certificate in staging and professional organizing and officially established a residential and commercial staging business

Terri places great emphasis on thoughtfully tailoring her work to meet her clients personal style and taste. She combines creativity and well honed skill to express her vision through interiors with timeless appeal. She has travelled the globe gaining multitude of inspirational idea's to infuse the company with fresh and exciting looks

The first step in staging your listing property is an in-house consultation. With the eye of a prospective home buyer, Genesis Professional Staging will conduct a thorough walkthrough of your listed property-inside and out. We will determine where to focus the staging efforts that will make your clients house stand out above the rest.

Next we'll provide a personalized property solution detailing what it will take to prepare your home for a fast and profitable sale. That will benefit not only the seller but you too! We can implement any and all of the recommended improvements. Our improvements are all designed to create an inviting atmosphere which will evoke an emotional connection between the buyer and the listed home. With the aid of a professional home stager, your house can make a notable first impression on potential homebuyers.

1.        TWO HOUR CONSULTATION -  $175

Cost Effective & Quick!

We tour your clients home and provide a professional assessment on what is necessary to prepare your property for sale or redesign. The consultations takes approximately 2 hours. Both exterior and interior assessments will be made. We take notes and provide customers will a full report and expert recommendations and a “buyer’s eye view” of how their property shows.  This option appeals to those who would enjoy taking on the responsibilities of the staging work themselves.

2.        FOUR HOUR CONSULTATION/STAGING - $375

This includes same as the two hour consultation as well as digital photos.  We will also give your clients invaluable Redesigning information, as well as creative tips and suggestions.  We will offer your clients suggestions to play up their homes positive features as well as eliminating or de-emphasizing trouble areas.  We address all areas of concern including paint colour, cleanliness and minor repairs.  We will Stage two main rooms that are in most need and execute the work needed to get the home ready for you to show.

3.        VIRTUAL STAGING CONSULTATION - $125 - $175

If you are in a hurry and your client cannot accommodate a walk thru with us, have your client send pictures of each room and we will provide you with a complete customized “To Do” list that will help you to prepare your house to show.
