| We would highly recommend Dennis if you are looking for a new home. We were new to the area and wanted a water front property and were very fortunate to find Dennis. His knowledge of the market and hard working finding the right candidates for us was invaluable. Since the seller did not have a realtor, Dennis had to do double duty, but was a real pro during the entire contract, negotiation, inspection and closing process. |
